Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026. This notice covers the AgentEngines Studio marketing website and the Uno Assist and Garçon launch waitlists.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you join, we store your name, normalised email, selected product, signup time, the signup wording and its version, and the fact that you asked to receive launch and early-access emails. Your email is initially unverified. We use these details only to manage the selected waitlist and send the product updates you requested. We do not add you to general marketing lists.

Your choice

Joining is optional. The form explains the purpose immediately above its Join the Waitlist button. Clicking that button requests these product emails; we record this as consent. You may join one or both products independently. We do not pre-tick boxes or assume consent to unrelated marketing.

Security and cookies

We use a signed anti-forgery token and rate limits to protect the form. A keyed hash of the network address is retained for up to 24 hours for abuse prevention; raw addresses are not stored in the registration table. Hosting security logs may also contain network and request information, subject to the hosting provider’s retention settings. The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party tracking tools.

Retention

Waitlist registrations are removed after 12 months unless you withdraw earlier. If we need to keep you informed beyond that period, we will request fresh permission. Hosting backups may retain deleted records until their normal expiry; backup access must remain restricted and deleted records must not be reintroduced to active mailing lists.

Who can access your details

Authorised AgentEngines personnel and our hosting provider, Hostinger, process the website data. We do not sell it. Before enabling an email delivery provider, we will update this notice with the provider and relevant transfer information. No email delivery integration is active in this initial build. The operator must review the hosting data-processing agreement, selected data centre and any international transfers before launch.

Leave the waitlist or exercise your rights

Use the private removal link shown after your first successful registration, or contact taskagent100@gmail.com to request removal from Uno Assist, Garçon or both. Withdrawal is as easy as joining and does not affect earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify requests made by email. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Sending launch emails

Every launch email must include a clear unsubscribe method. Necessary service messages must be kept separate from promotional campaigns. Contact us with questions at taskagent100@gmail.com.
